Shipping Policy


We are an online store only.
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of order placement, excluding weekends or holidays. On rare occasions, typically during major holidays, orders may take up to 3 days to process and ship. In the event an order will take longer than 3 days to ship, or if an item is back ordered, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

The time it takes for a package to be delivered is the estimated delivery time PLUS 1-2 business days for processing. However, we are not responsible for an order that is not delivered within the estimated delivery time as weather, holidays, customs clearance and other issues are beyond our control.

International taxes, duties, and fees: Please be aware that additional taxes, duties or fees may apply to your order. When purchasing from our website, it is up to the customer to research these fees and the burden of any taxes, duties or fees is the responsibility of the customer.

Currency Exchange Rates: EZScreenPrint processes all orders in USD. While the content of your cart may be displayed in another currency using the currency calculator, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate. Please be aware, this may change the amount charged depending on the 'ship to' country's current exchange rate.

USPS First Class International does not provide detailed tracking updates, unlike USPS Priority and FedEx international shipping methods.
We do not provide currency conversion rates for all countries. Please check with your local bank or currency agency for this information.
In order to process your order without delays, it is important to provide accurate shipping/billing information as well as a current email address and phone number where you can be reached in the event of a shipping address issue.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information including apartment or unit numbers, if applicable. If a package is lost or un-deliverable because the shipping address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for replacing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we can re-ship the order after re-charging the shipping fee.
Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you refuse an order or wish to return a package, you are responsible for the original shipping fees and any return shipping fees.
